To anyone and everyone who is either thinking of or in the middle of purchasing your home:

Before I begin I would like to summarize my experience before Andy!

In January of 2007, I contacted a mortgage broker that I had dealt with in the past. In late March I found and signed the contract on our new dream home. In the middle of April I fired the mortgage broker for lack of better words "they dropped the ball" and our deal was jeopardized. I made many frantic calls for help.

Among those who responded, Andy was right there to put this deal back together. Not only did he come into the middle of a transaction that was a tangled web with my panic and deeply seeded frustration, but also had 2 Real Estate Agents breathing down his neck.. get the point?

Life after Andy:

The first thing Andy gave me was CONFIDENCE! The confidence to move forward, to concentrate on other business that needed my attention, the confidence to let him handle the lending issues.

In a very short amount of time Andy presented me many different financial options, all clearly at much better rates than any others. He was very clear and patient in regards with details, and making sure I clearly understood all details regarding the loan.

I highly recommend Andy. Not only did he do everything he said he would, but he went the extra mile and I knew Andy was standing in my corner fighting to make this work for me. He treated me with respect as a person and not just a job!
