This was my first experience in working with Vantage Mortgage, but my initial anxiety in getting a loan quickly dissolved with Chris as my consultant. He made the loan process seem easy, with everything lined up step by step, being always available to answer questions, and giving frequent, sometimes even daily, updates. When the first lender didn’t work out for my particular home, Chris worked fast and found another lender who would finance the home. I really appreciated his expertise, priority for communication, and friendly customer service skills in guiding me through the maze to a successful finish. Straight forward, efficient, very easy to communicate with by phone/email. Vantage Mortgage was very competitive on total cost of our loan and interest rate. The mortgage process was paperless and easy to navigate. We reach out to four different broker groups and our current Bank and Andy was hands down the best choice.
